‘Slow’ coffee or ‘slow coffee’ is on a serious rise, but of course you have to have patience for it.

‘Slow coffee’ is on a rise, but of course you have to have patience for it. The result is a very mild coffee, rich in flavors and with more caffeine than other coffee options. At least that sounds like music to my ears!

One of the simplest ways to brew ‘slow coffee’ is with a filter. You simply let the water drip through slowly. The perfect tool to enhance this coffee ritual? A homemade ceramic coffee filter, of course!
