You have the classic candlestick with the flat dish and the finger loop, which people in movies and comics use to go down the stairs of a castle to see where the nigthly noise is coming from… and you have the modern variety that can really go anywhere in terms of shape. Candle holders come in many shapes and sizes. You can throw one on the potter’s wheel, but you can also handbuild one with rolls or clay plates. Inspiration galore!
