For physical products
As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by e-mail(info@cursist-courses.com) within the cooling-off period. You must then return the products within 14 days of this notification. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.
Upon proper receipt of the return or proof of shipment, we will refund you the full purchase price within 14 days via the same means of payment you used to pay.
For digital courses and products
For digital content (such as online courses or downloads), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as you access the course and have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and waived your right of withdrawal. You confirm this during the ordering process.
