Forever learning.

For beginners, making a vase can be quite a challenge because you need a lot of clay. And, of course, you have to centre all that clay on the potter’s wheel, or make it solidly with coils or slabs if you prefer hand-building. Not easy! But once you get it right, the world is your oyster.

Do you go for tall and narrow? Small and bulbous? With a foot ring, without a foot ring, with a rim, without a rim… anything goes!
