One option is to try the nerikomi technique, also known as millefiori in Italian or agateware in English. Several layers of coloured porcelain are laid on top of each other and rolled or rolled out.
Depending on how you assemble the clay layers, cheerful, colourful patterns will emerge, becoming even more visible and brighter after firing. You can then use these pieces of coloured clay to build shapes or cut out figures to apply to other pieces of work as decoration. The possibilities are endless!
