These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases of courses and products, both by consumers and professional clients, via the web shop or via direct quotations from Ostyn BV, acting under the name \u201cCursist\u201d. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded with Cursist. Deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing. All prices mentioned on the website or in offers are inclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of the order remains valid. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Cursist. Article 4 - Establishment of the agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order through the webshop or accepts a quotation, and this order is confirmed by Cursist. For webshop orders, the customer is obliged to pay after clicking on the button marked \u201corder with obligation to pay\u201d or an equivalent indication. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For webshop orders, payment is made immediately and in full when the order is placed. For professional customers ordering by quote, a 30% deposit may be required, with the balance payable no later than the due date of the invoice. In the event of late payment, interest of 1% per month shall be due by operation of law and without notice of default, plus liquidated damages of 10% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum of \u20ac75. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

igital courses are delivered through a secure online learning environment. The customer receives access after full payment. Access is generally granted immediately, unless otherwise agreed. Physical products are delivered to the specified address, within the stated delivery period. Transport and delivery costs are clearly stated when completing the order. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, consumers have the right to revoke an order for physical products within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. For digital courses, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery of the course and acknowledges that he loses his right of withdrawal. Upon revocation, amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days via the same means of payment. Return costs for physical products shall be borne by the consumer. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For physical products, a legal warranty of 2 years for consumers applies from delivery. Digital content and courses are also guaranteed for 2 years for correct delivery and access, in accordance with the European Digital Content Directive. Any defect must be reported in writing within a reasonable period (maximum 2 months after detection). All course content, text, videos, photographs and designs remain the property of Cursist or its licensors. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use. Copying, distribution, disclosure or commercial use of any material without prior written permission is prohibited. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The data is used exclusively for the performance of the agreement, customer management and marketing purposes for which consent has been given. Cursist shall not be liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. This agreement is exclusively governed by Belgian law. The courts of the arrondissement of Ghent have sole jurisdiction for disputes.
